THE NTSB RECOMMENDS THAT THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION: NOTIFY THE FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS WITH OPERATORS OF BOEING 727 AIRPLANES OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE PORTS-OF-CALL INCIDENT IN DENVER, COLORADO ON SEPTEMBER 29, 1985, THE EASTERN AIRLINES INCIDENT IN NORFOLK, VIRGINIA, ON JANUARY 16, 1986, THE DELTA AIRLINES INCIDENT IN MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE ON JANUARY 9, 1986, AND THE EASTERN AIRLINES INCIDENT IN MIAMI, FLORIDA, ON MARCH 16, 1986, AND INFORM THEM OF ANY ACTION TAKEN AS A RESULT OF THESE INCIDENTS.
