THE NTSB RECOMMENDS THAT THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION: REQUIRE AIR CARRIER PRINCIPAL OPERATIONS INSPECTORS TO REVIEW AIR CARRIER OPERATIONAL BULLETIN NO. 1-76-11 WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE CARRIERS AND VERIFY THAT THE AIR CARRIER EMPHASIZES TO ITS FLIGHT ATTENDANTS THE REQUIREMENT DURING AIRPLANE TAXI FOR FLIGHT ATTENDANTS TO REMAIN AT THEIR DUTY STATIONS WITH SAFETY BELTS AND SHOULDER HARNESSES FASTENED EXCEPT WHEN REQUIRED TO PERFORM SAFETY-RELATED DUTIES.
