In plain language (FlightFinder summary)

The NTSB asks the FAA to issue an airworthiness directive for Piper Models PA-32RT-300T, PA-32-301T, and PA-32R-301T. The directive would require compliance with the Piper Service Bulletin (or an equivalent procedure) for proper installation of exhaust system V-band couplings during 100-hour/annual inspections or whenever those couplings are installed.
