THE NTSB RECOMMENDS THAT THE NATIONAL BUSINESS AIRCRAFT ASSOCIATION (NBAA), THE HELICOPTER ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL (HAI), AND THE AIRCRAFT OWNERS AND PILOTS ASSOCIATION (AOPA): ADVISE YOUR MEMBERS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE MIDAIR COLLISION INVOLVING BELL HELICOPTER N78S AND PIPER AEROSTAR N3645D AND OF THE POTENTIAL DANGERS ASSOCIATED WITH PERFORMING IN-FLIGHT INSPECTIONS OF OTHER AIRCRAFT OR OTHER CLOSE PROXIMITY MANEUVERS.
