THE NTSB RECOMMENDS THAT THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION: DIRECT THE FAA PRINCIPAL MAINTENANCE INSPECTOR TO REVIEW AND SURVEIL THE SERVICE PROCEDURES AND MAINTENANCE FACILITIES OF MEDIC AIR, INCORPORATED, PARTICULARLY IN CONNECTION WITH THE MAINTENANCE, BALANCING, AND RIGGING OF TWIN COMMANDER FLIGHT CONTROL SURFACES, TO ASSURE THE OPERATOR'S COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE AIRPLANE INSPECTION AND AIRWORTHINESS REQUIREMENTS.
