TO THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION: Establish air traffic control and operational procedures for the Boeing 757 (B-757) and other heavier large category airplanes or heavy category airplanes that would result in approaches being conducted in accordance with flight path guidance, when available, or on a standard flight path angle of about 3 degrees when such airplanes are established on course to the runway and other airplanes are in-trail.
