THE NTSB RECOMMENDS THAT OPERATORS OF AIR CARRIER SERVICE UNDER 14 CFR PART 121 & COMMUTER AIR CARRIER SERVICE UNDER 14 CFR PART 135: ENSURE THAT THE FLIGHT DATA RECORDERS INSTALLED ON TRANSPORT CATEGORY AIRPLANES USED IN AIR CARRIER AND COMMUTER AIR CARRIER SERVICE RECORD, AS A MINIMUM, THE PARAMETERS LISTED IN "PROPOSED MINIMUM FDR PARAMETER REQUIREMENTS FOR AIRPLANES IN SERVICE" PLUS OTHER PAREMETERS REQUIRED BY CURRENT REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO EACH AIRPLANE.
