TO THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION: Take appropriate action, 12/31/96, to (1) complete the distribution of videotapes designed to trigger discussion between pilots and managers about human factors issues ("trigger tapes") to Part 135 operators in Alaska, (2) disseminate info about the trigger tape program to the FAA principal operations inspectors assigned to Part 135 operators in Alaska, and (3) establish a program to evaluate operator use of the tapes.
