A PIPER PA23 WAS CLEARED FOR IMMEDIATE TAKE-OFF FROM APPROACH END RUNWAY 29. ATCT INSTRUCTED AN AIRCRAFT ON SHORT FINAL TO GO AROUND, NOT USING A CALL SIGN. TWO AIRCRAFT WERE ON FINAL AND THE FARTHEST ONE OUT, A CESSNA, WENT AROUND. TOWER DID NOT REALIZE THIS AND A CESSNA C152, THE CLOSEST AIRCRAFT TO RUNWAY 29, LANDED 300 FEET BEHIND THE DEPARTING PA23.
