A CESSNA C206 WAS CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF ON RUNWAY 31 (Z41). AFTER DEPARTURE THE PILOT REPORTED A PEDESTRIAN WAS WALKING ON THE RUNWAY NEAR MIDFIELD PROCEEDING NORTH AND HE HAD FLOWN OVER THE INDIVIDUAL. CLOSEST PROXIMITY REPORTED WAS APPROXIMATELY 50 FEET VERTICAL, HORIZONTAL UNKNOWN. PILOT STATED NORMAL ROTATION BUT DID NOT SPECIFY WHERE THAT OCCURRED ON THE RUNWAY. IN ADDTION, PILOT DID NOT SEE INDIVIDUAL TIL PASSING OVER HIM NEAR MIDFIELD. ATC DID NOT SEE THE INCIDENT OCCUR BUT AFTER RECEIVING PILOT REPORT THEY WERE ABLE TO SPOT THE PEDESTRIAN. AIRPORT OFFICIALS APPREHENDED THE INDIVIDUAL.
