Incident Overview
On August 17, 2008, at 1038 universal coordinated time, a Cessna 402C (registration G-EYES) and a Rand KR-2 (registration G-BOLZ) collided in mid-air while on approach to land at Coventry Airport (EGBE) in Coventry, England. The collision resulted in fatal injuries to all four occupants of the Cessna 402C and the sole occupant of the Rand KR-2.
