What happened
On October 26, 2008, a Cessna 172M, registration N333AE, was being operated at Arthur N Neu Airport (CIN) in Carroll, Iowa. The pilot had rented the aircraft from JET AIR INC and had arrived at the airport earlier that day.
While the pilot was taxiing the aircraft toward the runway for departure, the airplane flipped over.
