What happened
On May 23, 2009, at 00:30 UTC, a Raytheon B-350, registration PR-MOZ, crashed during its approach to Terra Vista/Porto Seguro (SBTV) in Porto Seguro, Brazil. The aircraft, operated by Metered Holdings LTDA, had departed from Congonhas-São Paulo International Airport (SBSP) in São Paulo.
The aircraft impacted the ground approximately 200 meters from the threshold of runway 15. The accident resulted in 14 fatal injuries, including the pilot and all 13 passengers. The aircraft sustained substantial damage.
