What happened
On January 27, 2010, at 13:23 UTC, a Robinson R4:: with registration LN-OCV struck the surface of the Oslofjord near Horten, Norway. The aircraft, operated by Midtnorsk Helikopterservice AS, had departed from the Brunstad Conference Center near Mellsomvik at 13:13 UTC, traveling toward Bygdøy, near Oslo.
The accident resulted in 4 fatal injuries, involving the pilot and three passengers. At the time of the impact, weather conditions were reported as marginal visual meteorological conditions.
