What happened
On April 21, 2011, at approximately 1850 UTC, an Embraer EMB-810C, registered as PT-EFS, crashed shortly after takeoff from Eduardo Gomes Airport (SBEG) in Manaus, Brazil. The aircraft was operating under Brazilian flight regulations and was en route to Sanatrém, Brazil (SBSN).
The impact with the terrain resulted in 7 fatal injuries, involving the two flight crewmembers and five passengers.
