On April 21, 2011, at approximately 1850 coordinated universal time, an Embraer EMB-810C with Brazilian registration PT-EFS was destroyed when it impacted terrain shortly after departing from Eduardo Gomes Airport (SBEG) in Manaus, Brazil. The flight was destined for Santarém, Brazil (SBSN).
