Accident Overview
On April 21, 2011, at approximately 1850 coordinated universal time, an Embraer EMB-810C with Brazilian registration PT-EFS was destroyed when it impacted terrain shortly after departing from Eduardo Gomes Airport (SBEG) in Manaus, Brazil. The flight was destined for Santarém, Brazil (SBSN).
Occupants and Injuries
The aircraft carried two flight crewmembers and five passengers. All seven individuals sustained fatal injuries.
