Accident Details
On May 18, 2011, at approximately 23:47 UTC, a Saab 340A aircraft operated by Sol Líneas Aéreas, registration LV-CEJ, was conducting a flight from Neuquén, Argentina, to Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina. The flight crew declared an emergency and subsequently disappeared from radar. The aircraft was later discovered crashed about 35 kilometers from Los Menucos, Argentina.
Occupants and Fatalities
The aircraft carried 3 crew members and 18 passengers. All 21 occupants sustained fatal injuries, as confirmed by the investigation authority.
