What happened
On May 18, 2011, at approximately 23:47 UTC, a Saab 340A, registration LV-CEJ, was operating a flight from Neuquén, Argentina, to Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina. During the flight, the crew declared an emergency and the aircraft subsequently disappeared from radar tracking.
The wreckage was later located approximately 35 km from Los Menucos, Argentina. There were 21 people on board the aircraft, consisting of 3 crew members and 18 passengers; all 21 fatalities were recorded.
