What happened
On October 18, 2011, a BEECH D17S, registration N44562, was involved in an accident in Phoenix, Arizona, following a local area flight. During the landing phase, the pilot unintentionally touched down with the landing gear retracted. The aircraft sustained damage to the wing ribs during the event.
