What happened
The accident resulted in 14 fatal injuries. The investigation was conducted by the Comisión de Investigación de Accidentes de Aviación (CIAA) of Peru. The NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CIAA investigation in its capacity as the State of Manufacturer and Design.
