What happened
On July 3, 2012, at approximately 0930 local time, a Lancair IV-P, bearing registration LV-X243, crashed into terrain in Concepcion, Corrientes Province, Argentina.
The flight departed from Posadas International Airport (SARP) in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, with a planned destination of Parana Airport (SAAP) in Entre Rios, Argentina. The aircraft sustained substantial damage during the impact. The pilot and the passenger sustained 2 fatal injuries.
