Accident Overview
On August 24, 2012, at approximately 2000 universal coordinated time, a Gulfstream G-164B aircraft, bearing Venezuelan registration YV264A and registered to Fumiwan C.A, was substantially damaged when it impacted terrain during an aerial application operation. The pilot, who was the sole occupant, sustained fatal injuries.
