What happened
On November 1, 2012, at 1950 UTC, an Embraer 810D (Piper Design PA-34-220T), registered as PT-VRV, crashed near Chapada dos Guimaraes, State of Matto Grosso, Brazil. The aircraft was operating a flight from Confresa, Brazil (SJHG) to Cuiaba, Brazil (SBCY).
During the flight, the aircraft encountered weather conditions and collided with terrain. The accident resulted in 4 fatal injuries, involving two crewmembers and two passengers.
