What happened
On November 22, 2012, at approximately 13:10 eastern standard time, an Aerospatiale AS-355F1, registration C6-APV, crashed into terrain while the crew was attempting to land at Baker's Bay Resort in Great Guana Cay, Bahamas. The flight, operated by Pioneer Caribbean Logistics Ltd., had departed from Marsh Harbour, Bahamas, under visual meteorological conditions (VMC).
The accident resulted in 1 fatality and 4 serious injuries among the pilot and passengers.
