What happened
On July 16, 2013, at approximately 2007 UTC, a Cessna 172N, registration LV-BPP, was involved in an accident during an approach to land at Quilmes Airport (SADQ) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The aircraft, operated by Bonaerense de Aviacion S.A., struck the terrain during the flight phase. The accident resulted in 2 fatalities, involving the flight instructor and a second pilot. The flight was being conducted under Argentine flight regulations in visual meteorological conditions (VMC).
