On August 4, 2013, at approximately 2230 UTC, an Embraer EMB-711ST (a variant of the Piper PA-28RT-201T) with Brazilian registration PT-RHI was substantially damaged when it struck the ground while on approach to the Aeroporto de Paragominas (SNEB) in Paragominas, Brazil.
