Accident Overview
On January 19, 2014, at 1220 local time, a Piper PA-31-350 aircraft, registration PK-IWT, collided with terrain under unknown circumstances while on approach to Dumatubun Airport in Maluku, Indonesia. The airplane was operated by Intan Angkasa Air Service under the civil regulations of the Indonesian government.
Occupants and Damage
The pilot and three passengers were fatally injured. The aircraft was destroyed in the accident.
