What happened
On March 12, 2014, at approximately 1133 UTC, a Hawker Beechcraft BE9L-C90, registered as HK4921, was destroyed following an impact and a subsequent postcrash fire near Villavicencio, Meta, Colombia.
The aircraft, operated by AMBULANCIAS AEREAS DE COLOMBIA - SAS, departed El Dorado International Airport (SKBO) in Bogotá at approximately 1059. The flight was destined for Araracuara Airport (SKCA) in Caquetá, Colombia. The accident resulted in 5 fatal injuries, involving the commercial pilot and four passengers.
