What happened
On May 10, 2014, at 20:25 UTC, a Cessna 140A, registered as PT-AGS, crashed near Cachoeira do Sul, Brazil. The aircraft, operated by Aero Agrícola Santos Dumont Ltda, was performing an instructional flight after departing from Cachoeira do Sul Airport (SSKS). During the flight, the aircraft experienced a loss of control and struck the terrain. The two pilots on board sustained 2 fatal injuries.
