Accident
On June 23, 2014, at 1322 coordinated universal time, a Learjet 35A, registration D-CGFI, was destroyed in a midair collision near Olsberg, Germany. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident. The pilot and one crew member on board the Learjet were fatally injured.
Aircraft Involved
The accident involved two aircraft: the Learjet 35A, a twin-engine business jet, and a German Air Force Eurofighter jet. The Learjet, with German registration D-CGFI, was operated by an unknown entity. The collision resulted in the destruction of the Learjet.
