Accident Details
On November 11, 2014, at 2130 eastern daylight time, a Cessna 150M airplane impacted terrain near Whitney, Ontario, Canada. The aircraft was substantially damaged. The pilot and one passenger sustained fatal injuries. The meteorological conditions at the time of the accident are unknown. The flight had originated from Ottawa, Ontario and was en route to Toronto, Ontario.
