Accident Details
On December 14, 2014, at approximately 1615 local time, an Airbus Helicopter EC135T2+ helicopter with Romanian registration number 348 impacted Lake Siutghiol, Romania. The helicopter was returning from a local helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) flight. The impact resulted in substantial damage to the aircraft.
Occupants and Injuries
The helicopter was occupied by four individuals, comprising both flight crew and medical crew. All four occupants sustained fatal injuries as a result of the accident.
