Accident Overview
On January 10, 2015, at approximately 2105 UTC, an Embraer EMB-710C, bearing Brazilian registration PT-NAB, was substantially damaged when it struck a residence. The accident occurred after the aircraft experienced a loss of engine power during the initial climb following takeoff from Luziania Airport (SWUZ) in Luziania, Brazil.
Occupant Injuries
The pilot and one passenger suffered fatal injuries. A copilot and another passenger were seriously injured.
Flight Conditions
The flight was conducted under visual meteorological conditions as a local personal flight in accordance with Brazilian flight regulations.
