Incident Summary
During the landing attempt, the pilot reported that he approached too high. After flaring the airplane, it bounced. In an effort to control the bounce, the pilot added power. Subsequently, the airplane touched down hard. The force of the landing caused the nose wheel to collapse, and the left wing struck the ground.
