Accident Notification
The Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) of Mexico notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of a fatal accident involving a LearJet 31A aircraft, registered as XB-GYB. The accident occurred on October 22, 2015. In accordance with ICAO Annex 13 provisions, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the DGAC in the investigation.
