Accident Overview
On November 11, 2015, at approximately 1930 coordinated universal time, an Air Tractor AT502B agricultural aircraft, registered in Brazil as PR-RSA, was destroyed when it impacted terrain shortly after departure from Balsas Airport in Balsas, Brazil. The pilot sustained fatal injuries. The flight was conducted under Brazilian flight regulations.
