Accident Details
On April 11, 2016, at approximately 2000 Coordinated Universal Time, a Rockwell Commander 112B aircraft, registered as CGQJN, impacted terrain near Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada, under unknown circumstances. The pilot and one passenger sustained fatal injuries.
Investigation
The Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada is conducting the investigation into the accident. As the State of Manufacture of the airplane and engine, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has designated a U.S. accredited representative to assist the TSB in its investigation.
