What happened
On June 26, 2016, at approximately 1110 UTC, a Bell 407 helicopter, bearing registration PR-CBB, crashed in Jundiaí, Brazil. The flight had departed from Sao Paulo, Congonhas (SBSP) roughly 20 minutes prior, with a planned destination of Americana (SDAI), Sao Paulo, Brazil.
During the flight, the aircraft collided with terrain, which resulted in the destruction of the helicopter and a post-crash fire. There were 5 fatal injuries involving the pilot and four passengers.
