Accident Overview
On June 26, 2016, at approximately 1110 coordinated universal time, a Bell 407 helicopter, bearing Brazilian registration PR-CBB, was destroyed following a collision with terrain and a subsequent post-crash fire. The accident occurred in Jundiaí, Brazil. The pilot and all four passengers on board sustained fatal injuries.
