2016 Robinson R44 crash near Vinogradny Township

Incident Overview On November 28, 2016, at approximately 0638 UTC, a Robinson R44 helicopter with Russian registration RA-04195 was substantially damaged after impacting terrain near Vinogradny Township, Russia. The aircraft was en route from Yalta, Russia, to Crimea, Russia, at the time of the accident. All three individuals on board, consisting of the pilot and two passengers, were fatally injured. The investigation into the incident is under the jurisdiction of the Interstate Aviation Committee of Russia.
