Accident Overview
On December 13, 2016, at approximately 1930 coordinated universal time, an Air Tractor AT-502B agricultural aircraft, bearing Brazilian registration PR-AJF, was destroyed when it impacted terrain and was subsequently engulfed in a postcrash fire. The accident occurred during an agricultural spraying operation near Primavera do Leste, Brazil. The pilot sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
