The Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB) of the Singapore Ministry of Transport notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Boeing 777, registration 9V-SQN, which took place on August 01, 2017, in Singapore. The accident resulted in 3 serious injuries and 3 minor injuries, with 0 fatalities.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Singapore government's investigation. All investigative information will be released by the TSIB.
