The government of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Boeing 737, registration P2-PXE, which took place on September 28, 2018, in Chuuk, FSM.
As the State of Manufacture, the United States has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the FSM under ICAO Annex 13 protocols. All investigative details will be released by the FSM government.
