NTSB Assists Brazil in Investigating 2018 Cessna 525 Accident

Overview of the Incident and International Cooperation The government of Brazil notified the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a Cessna 525 airplane. The incident occurred on November 26, 2018. In response to the notification, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of Brazil with its investigation. This assistance is being provided under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, which governs international cooperation in aviation accident investigations. ## Information Release All investigative information related to the accident will be released by the government of Brazil.
