On November 26, 2018, a Cessna 525, registered as PP-OEG, was involved in an aviation accident in Jequitaí County, Brazil. The accident resulted in 4 fatal injuries.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the government of Brazil is conducting the investigation. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist Brazilian authorities with the inquiry. All investigative details will be released by the Brazilian government.
