The government of Colombia reported an accident involving a Rockwell S2R, registration HK5253, which took place on December 19, 2018, in Orihueca, Magdalena, Colombia.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Colombian authorities with the investigation. There were no injuries reported in the accident. All investigative details are being managed and released by the Colombian government.
