The Swiss government notified the NTSB of an aviation accident involving a S.A.N. Jodel D-11, registration HB-SFR, which took place in La Cote, Switzerland, on May 30, 2019. The accident resulted in 1 fatality and 2 serious injuries.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Swiss authorities with the investigation. All official investigative details will be released by the government of Switzerland.
