Notification and International Cooperation
The government of Canada has notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a Cessna 208 airplane that occurred on August 6, 2019. In accordance with ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of Canada's investigation.
Investigation Lead
All investigative information regarding the accident will be released by the government of Canada. The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) is the lead investigating authority.
