What happened
On August 7, 2019, at approximately 1408 UTC, a Raytheon 3ASS Premier 1A (registration OK-EJH) was performing a takeoff from Hamburg Airport in Hamburg, Germany. During the takeoff phase, the crew observed smoke and fire within the cockpit, which originated from the windshield heat system.
Following the discovery of the smoke and fire, the aircraft returned to Hamburg Airport and landed safely. There were no injuries reported among the two crew members and three passengers on board.
