Accident Overview
On August 22, 2019, at 1120 UTC, a Cessna 150 registered as D-EHLG crashed into a cornfield in Steinfeld, Germany. The aircraft was completely destroyed, and the pilot, the sole occupant, sustained fatal injuries. The flight had departed from Flugplatz Diepholz-Dümmerland for a local flight.
Investigation
The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the German Federal Bureau of Aircraft Accident Investigation (BFU).
