The government of Turkey notified the NTSB of an accident involving an ICP Ventura ultralight aircraft. The event took place on October 29, 2019, in Gecitkale, Turkey. The accident resulted in 2 fatalities.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Turkish government's investigation. All investigative details are to be released by the Turkish authorities. The aircraft involved was registered as I-D446.
