NTSB Appoints Representative for 2019 Boeing 747 Incident in Germany

Incident Notification and NTSB Involvement On November 14, 2019, an incident occurred involving a Boeing 747 aircraft. The government of Germany formally notified the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of the event. In response to this notification, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the ongoing investigation led by the German authorities.
