On November 17, 2019, an accident occurred involving a Cessna 172, registration CC-AMQ, in the vicinity of Los Andes/San Raphael, Chile. The incident resulted in 1 fatality.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the United States has appointed an Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the Chilean authorities. All investigative details will be released by the government of Chile.
