What happened
On August 10, 2024, an accident occurred involving an aircraft with registration OM-M05 and type/model not specified. The PKBWL has officially opened an investigation into the event, identified under case number 2024-0062.
The investigation
The PKBWL research team is currently conducting an investigation into the circumstances of the accident. As part of the ongoing process, investigators have performed an examination of the aircraft and have analyzed all gathered documentation. The Commission is currently in the process of drafting the Final Report based on the data collected during the field investigation.
